Are you an experienced Science specialist with ambitions of leading your own department? Or are you already a HOD, seeking a new environment in which to instigate positive change? We’re working with a school in Buckinghamshire at they look to appoint a Head of Science from September!

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your department delivers high quality education, and that pupils deliver positive outcomes in relation to their targets. You’re ability to organise, inspire and develop your staff will be evident, as will your ability to identify ways in which all stakeholders can contribute towards taking the team to new heights.

This is a full-time, permanent position on the leadership scale with a reduced timetable. The school location is commutable from most of Buckinghamshire, as well as parts of Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
