We’ll arrange a registration interview over the phone, or via video. It’s all about getting to know you – what you’re looking for, and what you have to offer.
Our consultants have great relationships with their client schools. They’ll make sure hiring managers know what you’re looking for, and start to explore interview opportunities.
Wherever possible, interviews will be face to face, and you may be asked to teach a lesson. These days, this isn’t necessarily set in stone, and you may be asked to prepare a video presentation if you are unable to get to the school.
You can start to celebrate when you get your job offer! Your consultant will give you the news as soon as they hear, but not before they’ve considered all options regarding salary, start date and other terms and conditions.
