Due to ongoing success we are expanding, and looking to appoint an additional associate permanent recruitment consultant for our office based on the outskirts of Halifax, West Yorkshire. As an associate permanent education recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Working alongside an established and experienced consultant who will mentor you to become a success
• Establishing strong strategic partnerships with schools in your area
• Taking a proactive approach to sales by putting the candidate first
• Hitting your own account management targets
• Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for your roles
• Sourcing new business leads
• Meeting with new, existing and potential clients regularly

 The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experience and have:

• A sales or teaching background although this isn’t essential
• Confident communication skills with the capacity to develop and maintain existing relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication ability
• The ability to work towards achievable targets and strive to break your own business records
• The drive for a challenge and a real opportunity to become a stakeholder in this business
• A creative mindset, with capacity to develop unique sales and marketing plans to create some excitement within our market place
• Previous experience in working with in a competitive, fast-paced, fun, progressive and successful environment
