Maths teachers – we need you! Hourglass Education are working alongside a mixed secondary school in Canterbury, Kent as they look to appoint a creative and passionate teacher of Mathematics to start in January 2025.

The successful candidate will hold QTS, QTLS or an overseas teaching qualification and recent experience teaching Maths at secondary level. Interviewers are seeking a candidate who has high standards in the classroom, an ambitious outlook, and the ability to slot seamlessly in to a team partway through the academic year.

The school is a forward-thinking and dynamic establishment, with a desire to offer the highest possible standard of education to its pupils. The SLT displays a clear vision for the future, and the department itself is longstanding and tight knit.

Canterbury is located in the county of Kent, in South East England. London is reachable by train in under an hour, and the Kent coast is within 20 miles of this historic centre.
