Associate Director of Teaching & Learning (Physical Education) required in Hillingdon secondary

Hourglass Education are currently assisting a secondary school in Hillingdon as they look to appoint a Associate Director of Teaching & Learning within the PE department to start in January 2020 which would be permanent for the right candidate. Applicants should hold QTS, QTLS or an overseas teaching qualification, however experienced instructors are encouraged to apply also.
This mixed secondary for years 7-13 is based in Hillingdon, West London. The area is well connected with overground and underground links; Slough and High Wycombe are reachable along with other areas of the bordering counties. The school has a strong local reputation and was graded as ‘good’ by Ofsted on their most recent visit.
Candidates for the Associate Director (Physical Education) post should be able to identify with the ethos of the school; namely that each pupil is an individual and excellence should always be the target. Ability to teach KS5 PE would be an advantage, although not essential. Applicants should be passionate about their subject, with a desire to share their skills and knowledge with pupils.
