A permanent position is available for a qualified and highly competent Citizenship teacher. The position is due to commence in January 2022.
The successful candidate will hold QTS, QTLS or an overseas teaching qualification and recent experience teaching Citizenship at Key Stage 3 & 4 level. Strong communication skills, effective classroom practice and the adaptability to join a school, its staff and students part way into the new school year is essential. There may be scope for responsibility for the right candidate. The ability to also offer Sociology at Key Stage 5 would be advantageous.
