Rachel is unapologetic about her belief that Hourglass’ expertise can strengthen the quality of education recruitment and the stability of the teaching resources of the multi-academy trusts and schools we support.
She has spent over a decade developing a unique service model which means that Hourglass can work collaboratively with client schools to create their own recruitment and retention strategy and source the teachers they need, wherever in the world the strongest candidates might be.
Having led countless overseas recruitment campaigns, Rachel has an encyclopaedic knowledge of immigration, international relocation and induction, and is passionate about the value and success overseas trained teachers can bring to UK classrooms.
Not entirely sure what ‘spare time’ is, Rachel’s family and friends keep her busy outside work. Whenever an opportunity arises, she also likes to escape to the golf course.
