Proof of QTS for any UK trained teacher or any overseas trained teacher who is eligible for this qualification
Two professional references, from the teacher’s current or most recent posts
ID verification in the form of a passport and driving licence or birth certificate
Evidence of the right to remain and the right to work in the UK
All relevant and current criminal records checks, including enhanced DBS and overseas police clearance where applicable
Confirmation of National Insurance number
Evidence of any legal change of name
